Texas starter: Austin, Houston, San Antonio and Dallas. Base Power, ON.energy, SB Energy, Octopus Energy US and Hanwha Energy USA. This is selected employer coverage, not every energy job in Texas.

Tool	Arguments / scope
`get_jobs_all`	Optional limit (1–100, default 50), cursor. All listed openings in this coverage, any function.
`get_jobs_citystate`	city + state (TX or Texas); optional limit/cursor.

Public official ATS postings only. Excludes talent pools, remote-only and vague locations. Refresh at most hourly per cache/isolate; failed sources are visibly stale for at most 24 hours. Dates distinguish published, updated and created from retrieval time. No candidate records.

Use SophiaAI.cloud to call get_status with no arguments. Show the returned status, appVersion, buildId, builtAt, deployedAt, observedAt, capabilities, readiness and changelog.

This public endpoint exposes only metadata tools. Anyone can read service/version/change-history metadata. Loan tools will require a later release and permission review. Client end-to-end testing is pending.
